Energy Audits

HUD requires that an Energy Audit be conducted once every five years for public housing agencies. Our Energy Audits include an on-site audit from one of our experienced engineers, data sampling of the building envelope and structure, discussion with tenants and management if necessary and two copies of the Energy Audit for records and reporting. An ECI Energy Audit includes an executive summary page – providing the top energy and water saving recommendations for each community, a detailed energy savings report on each community – complete with payback period and upfront costs, and further information about each energy saving measure noted in the report.
